The user support staff is usually not very knowledgeable. All they know is their app, not Shopify, not Bonanza. The same problems remain for years and each time they hear the first time about it. No effort to solve it once and for all.
There are now everywhere pop ups in Bonanza to promote products from other stores within your booth and products, totally unrelated to your offers. This is irritating and guiding away the customers from your booth. Just not acceptable. No other marketplace does this. My customers look at some artwork for example and get offers for Lego or perfume from other sellers. That is stupid nonsense. All Bonanza wants is to get you to subscribe to something. There is no traffic from them to promote your products.
