BOO EU Withdrawal Button

This is a very handy app, a time-saver for many Shopify sellers. I met a small issue when modifying the custom CSS, and the support was on time and really helpful. Just checked other apps from this team, all look very useful as well.

The app was very easy to install and setup. We have used this on two of our shopify stores and one required a small bit of configuring to get just right. Ron helped out quickly and was able to complete a collaborator request quickly and resolve implementation very fast. I would suggest this app to anyone that needs a simple solution for the European Directive 2023/2673.

This is the 3rd EU Withdrawal App I tried, and it's the best among all. (1) It checks for order validity (email address + order number), which can get rid of spams. But the error message should say "please check the Email Address and Order Number", instead of just Order Number (2) "By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy" - if it can include Refund Policy with hyperlink as well, that will be even better, coz Refund Policy matters as well (3) editable email template for free, super nice! (4) email notifications to both customer and merchant work well!

Suggestion: If there is a "reason to withdraw" dropdown list for selection, that will be good - people don't like to type. For merchant, it's good to know the reason. For example, if damaged in transit, we may just send a replacement without asking the customer to return anything. Yes, reason is not mandatory but it's always good to know so different situations can be handled appropriately.
