Keep QuickBooks for accounting
Posting each transaction to QuickBooks can be too much data for a busy store. We post a summary once a day.
Say goodbye to posting errors
Other QuickBooks integrations have posting errors you have to fix. With our summary posts, if there ever is an issue, we will help.
Reconcile bank deposits
We post the exact deposit amount expected from Shopify Payments and properly account for fees so you can easily reconcile.

Why is this better than all the other QuickBooks integrations to Shopify?
Since we are bookkeepers and accountant we are experts in QuickBooks and closing your financials each month. Therefore, we know that having too much data in QuickBooks can cause quite the mess. We post a simple journal entry to QuickBooks that exactly matches the Finance report in Shopify. In addition, we post a 2nd journal entry for Shopify Payments which includes any fees. Then we can actually check your bank account to make sure the deposits match and automatically reconcile.
But wait! Don't I want all my transactions in QuickBooks?
Nope, QuickBooks is not good with the details on each transaction. It slows down reporting and is overkill. You want to keep detail in Shopify and the summary in QuickBooks.
How easy is this to set up?
Add our app from inside your Shopify store then click and connect your QuickBooks Online account. Once connected you can map your chart of accounts to the main items in the Shopify finance report. If you get stuck we can help you from in our in-app chat bubble.
Ok but how much does this cost?
It costs nothing to use our Shopify integration to QuickBooks. We built it for our bookkeeping clients but think you will like it too.
