Bookkeep.com has become an essential part of our Shopify operation. Quite frankly, it solves reporting and accounting gaps that Shopify itself still has not addressed.

They are not just software support staff; they understand financial reporting, reconciliations, assurance requirements, and what management actually needs from accounting data.

What stands out most is that they continuously improve the platform. New features, better workflows, stronger reporting — they clearly listen to accountants and operators and build accordingly.

Their tax handling is excellent and has significantly reduced complexity and risk in our bookkeeping process. The automation is reliable, but the real differentiator is the audit trail. Every imported entry includes supporting source documentation attached directly to the transaction. From an accounting and assurance perspective, that is incredibly valuable and honestly a dream setup for accountants.

Allegro Dance Boutique has been with Bookkeep since July of 2020. Unlike many companies who were paralyzed during Covid shutdowns we used that time to lean in and invest in the future by converting to Shopify. It was apparent that a bridge to the financial applications was necessary.
