The rules builder handles real‑world cases like min/max quantities, customer tags, and product restrictions without slowing checkout. I have tried EVERY SINGLE ZIP VALIDATOR APP and this is the only one that can block a purchase based on more than one condition (and at a reasonable rate too!) We've had customers using the wrong zip codes to hack lower delivery fees for Local Delivery and this app just saved our butts!
