Very poor customer service. There is no direct communication channel and no response to emails. There is also no tracking information provided for the order, which is still not delivered after 25 days. Despite being marked as "dispatched," I have no idea where the order is or when it will arrive. No updates, no replies. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I will seriously reconsider whether I should continue my subscription or cancel it altogether.

The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify stores, making it easy to import products and automatically create orders, ensuring availability. The process is straightforward and user-friendly, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

However, despite its basic integration, the app has room for improvement. One notable issue is that after importing a product, any new sizes that become available are not automatically added to the product variations. Additionally, the app does not save credit card information, which means orders cannot be placed automatically, requiring manual entry each time.

The product information provided is quite basic and often riddled with mistakes. It is time-consuming to find accurate manufacturer information to build relevant titles and descriptions for each product.

Furthermore, the catalog is not updated consistently, and since the onset of Covid-19, shipping costs have increased by over 500%, making it challenging to remain competitive.

Another drawback is that despite having an account with BrandsDistribution, you cannot place orders directly on their site. Instead, you need to request monthly that they manually add order-edit permissions, which is an inconvenient process.

In summary, while the BrandsDistribution app offers a seamless integration with Shopify and simplifies the import process, there are significant areas for improvement, particularly in updating product variations, saving payment information, and enhancing product data accuracy. The increase in shipping costs and the cumbersome process of requesting order-edit permissions further detract from the overall user experience.

We used their services for about an year, overall was relatively good experience except several glitches in their BrandsSync app, where all products sync was gone and had to delete all products and import them again, which is too much effort for us.
However out last subsription payment was charged twice!!! We sent many emails and tried to reach out brandssync, without any success!!! We are very disappointed from their services, actually no services at all. Do not recommend, we dont plan to use them anymore!

The app is well designed in integrating with Shopify.
The one and only bug I have encountered so far is that the app seems to be not aware of 100 variants limit per product. So when I enable the option to merge similar variants into one product (why not? it is easier for customers to navigate), some products stuck in product queue. These products are always the products with >100 variants (i.e. sneakers). I hope the developer can make a work around.

I have been working with this application for almost a year, and I can say that it has become much better, more stable, and faster. The interface is improved. I'm surprised that I can control it through my smartphone because it adaptive. However, there are things that I would like to suggest for improvement: 1. resolve the common issue with Shopify 100 variants limit 2. I noticed the another issue - sometimes when BD changing the structure of the product in their website (for example adding or merge new variant) it don't sync with shopify and the product in Shopify still are in old version, so it needed to be deleted and re-imported again.
3. I would prefer to be able to pay for the app in advance (for me would be convenient to be able to pay annually or half annually) but now it offers only monthly payment.

0 support!! I am waiting a week to pay for an order and add the express shipping and no one answers!!!
I can't ship the orders I have and causing that losing money.

I am using this application. However, there is no standard for the names of the products and especially the size information. The products do not have sufficient descriptions. It does not have a standard size information for shoes numbers. Some shoe sizes are giving in US sizes, some in UK, and some in EU. For example, the Nike - Wmns-Outburst yakkabi number has been sent to you with the US information, U.S. Polo Assn. - NOBIW4156S9_YS1 EU was sent to you, Adidas - YUNG-1 was sent to you by UK. This is causing confusion in my customers. When I gave this feedback to the company, they were not interested either. Just send us a size chart so that we can see which size up to what size.

4.5* Good App. Easy to use. Easy to import all products. Only thing I would like is the ability to change/add tags after products have been sync. It says I should delete the entire product catalog in order to make any changes. Please fix this.
