When it works it works. When it doesn't, there's no support. Had to delete it because they weren't able to give hands on support - I only received links to their product landing page and was asked to read up on their app. A real let down.

Note: Thanks for your reply on my review. I understood what your support team explained and appreciate it may not be a bug - the fact remained that the breadcrumb did not display the menu logic, which is correctly set up. There was nowhere for me to modify this in your app nor did you support in trying to resolve this problem. For a paid app this is disappointing.

The final issue concerned a perceived mismatch between a link and the breadcrumb being displayed, which you reported as a bug. After reviewing it, our support team explained in detail that this is actually how the breadcrumb logic is designed to work, not a bug. To make this as clear as possible, they also shared a link to the relevant section of our app's documentation, where this behavior is explained step by step.

What you're describing would require us to change that fundamental behavior, which goes against what we offer to every other merchant using the app and is not something we can technically implement on our side. We're sorry we couldn't help you with a request that falls outside the scope of what our app is designed to do, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.
