Present delivery options at checkout
Our unique solution allows you show to your customers their delivery options at checkout. Furthermore, once they checkout, Bringg Light will automatically send the delivery order to your delivery provider.
Automated customer notifications
Automated customers communications keep every shopper in-the-loop. Send automatic email and SMS notifications to your customer, so they will always know where their package is at any time. This also helps cut back on calls to your team. Upon delivery, customers are automatically sent a feedback form, so you know exactly what you can do to improve.
Track all of your deliveries
All delivery statuses are displayed right in your admin dashboard, no need need to leave the platform. You will see when the order is due to be delivered, when the order was dispatched, out for delivery and when the order has been delivered.
Simply click “Actions” next to any order, and then “Print Label from Delivery Provider” to print your labels.
How to use Bringg Light?
- Add Bringg Light from the Shopify App Store
- Enter your account information for each carrier
- Select your preferred method of customer notifications (SMS or email)
- Select the notifications you would like to enable. We recommend using them all: “Order created”, “Order is on the way”, and “Order delivered”.
- Save your Settings. You are now good to go!
