App is not working properly, Theme integration is not possible (endless redirection), testing feature are not proper integrated, no customization of the email templates. Email sender is going directly to Spam because of misconfigured domain/email. And email sender is not possible to use your own.

Currently the App is unfortunately not usable.

Hi TEXPORT team,

I'm really sorry. You took the time to install and set up our app, and it didn't work the way it should. That's frustrating, and it's on us.

Some context, though not as an excuse. The redirect loop you ran into comes from a conflict between our app embed and your theme. On the emails: right now they're sent from our shared sending domain, and some inbox providers filter that more strictly. You're right that without custom templates or your own sender address, that's a real limitation.

Our team is already on it: a fix for the theme conflict and test flow, support for your own sender domain, and editable email templates. We expect to have this sorted within the next 3 days.
