Okay we just added Bubl to our site last week and I'm already obsessed. Customers who chatted with it converted at 5x the rate of those who didn't! in week ONE. It basically set itself up and learned all our products on its own. Honestly didn't expect results this fast. So worth it!

We have gorgias, redo and some other software with AI capability and they are all useless in terms of a great customer experience and guiding a sale. I'm glad I installed this - even though i was skeptical. It's working great so far, I've only had to adjust a couple things on the products, but I'm blown away.

It feels like having claude/ChatGPT that knows everything about our products and it's actually accurate and it doesn't seem to hallucinate.

I'd give it a go and do the free trial.

I’ve installed Bubl in my store, and it has been a great tool so far. It’s a perfect way to answer customer questions automatically, and the integration with my store was smooth and seamless.

I can easily review the conversation logs and see that it does a great job helping customers and guiding many conversations toward purchases.

Highly recommended!

Only thing worked for me was the chat buble even after getting a extention to try again and that is my honest review

Just to give some context: the chat widget works independently from the product scan, so the app was functional during your trial as you could see on the screenshots we shared with you. We reached out multiple times offering to help fix the issue and extend your trial, and that offer is still open. We would love the chance to make it right.
