They solve problems efficiently and without complaint, which saves an immense amount of time and energy that would otherwise be wasted on administrative headaches. We really tried to make this app work for our store, but the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Core functions like pricing and variant management simply don’t save correctly, forcing constant re-editing and wasted time. Basic features such as deleting variants during import are missing entirely.
They have the best shipping rates compare to other agents, the wide range of products available truly stands out. My service manager, SETH is very professional, always responsive and helps solve any issues quickly. Their dedication to making your shopping experience effortless is remarkable. The platform is user-friendly, it has saved me a lot of time from editing to migration of products to my store. If I had learned about this platform earlier, would have been much better. Very good for business.

I’m really disappointed with : 1-The long delivery time. 2-They will never reply to you online . 3-No one by the weekend works so if you have any questions you have to wait 2 days

2. Regarding "no online replies": You contacted us at China’s midnight (Canada-China time difference). We replied within 24 hours and offered to set a fixed chat time that works for you—we never want time differences to block your support, but didn’t hear back. We’re still happy to adjust our schedule to your convenience.
3. For "no weekend support": We actually replied to your weekend messages the same day—we make it a rule to avoid letting users wait, and we’ll keep ensuring timely help even on weekends.
We’ve tried connecting with you via WhatsApp and email multiple times to work through these points, but haven’t gotten a response—so we’re reaching out here, hoping to keep solving this with you. I have been using Buckydrop's purchasing, warehousing and parcel-packing services for 3 years now and I am very satisfied with their service. They have a wide range of other services too (e.g. white labelling, vacuum packing) that are highly customisable and competitively priced. It takes my mind off the operations so that I can focus on growing my store. I absolutely love their customer service as well. They are highly responsive and reliable. It does take a while to navigate their user interface/website though, as there are many functions and services available. Overall, I highly recommend anyone who is starting a dropshipping store to try this app.
I was looking for a dropshipping app that would allow me to directly house items in China from Chinese suppliers and receive shipments from Taobao, Tmall and similar websites. Buckydrop does all this and more! I have a dedicated account manager who has worked with me on creating customized packaging options so my customers know where their package is coming from. They offer a wide range of freight options when shipping out packages to customers, always getting me the best rates. You can automate the entire customer order process which is one of the things I love the most about this service, including if an item goes out of stock with your supplier it automatically updates on your site. Overall I really could not have continued my business without their service. It's cheap, although the fees aren't completely clear since there are "packages" you can buy, but it's mostly by the order. You do have to maintain a balance on their site to fund your purchases but they have payment options in a wide range of providers. Can't recommend their services highly enough!
