Been running my Shopify store for 4 years and tried pretty much every AI tool out there. Buffy is honestly the first one that gets what I actually need. Product descriptions, email flows, ad copy, all in my brand voice without me having to rewrite everything from scratch. Setup took maybe 10 minutes and I started seeing results within the first week. Stop sleeping on this one.
Honestly didn't expect much when I installed this - but it's been genuinely useful.
Biggest difference is customers can now just type what they're looking for in their own words and actually find it. Our old search was hopeless unless you typed the exact product name. That alone has made a noticeable difference.
Drop-offs are down, support questions have reduced, and I haven't had to chase anyone to set it up - took me maybe 5 minutes, no developer involved.
The bit I didn't expect to like: there's a dashboard showing what people are searching for that your store isn't answering. Found a few gaps I didn't know existed. Fixed them. Simple.
Would recommend giving it a go, especially if you're on the free plan - nothing to lose.
