The team at BAGS understand how to partner with you. They positioned themselves on the same side of the table with regards to how they make money. I gladly give them a percent of revenue because when things go bad, I know it is not just me feeling the pain. They are too. And I also know they are working diligently to get things back up. This doesn't happen often but when it does it gives me peace of mind knowing they are working on it.

With that being said, the product is amazing and they are continuously improving it. Our customers rave about it, which is what matters most. This tool has made our processing of orders so much more efficient, with the PRINT ANYWAY button for our customers. While I want to print perfect images, I know that when an order has come through, I can print without having to address image resolution issues, overlapping designs or designs outside the art board because they clicked PRINT ANYWAY. With our turn around time, there isn't time to address these issues. Customers have to address them before submitting. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it. They are partnering with us all.

This tool and the support has definitely been five star. Out of hundreds of orders there's only been maybe two issues and the support quickly resolves them. I'm excited to see the new updates.

Absolute best! We had an issue where something corrupted and caused the print to be distorted. Obviously the customer was not happy. They took care of the cost for the reprint and over night. Absolute Amazing Customer Service!!!

This App has changed the way we do bussiness with DTF's. I highly recommend this for anyone doing DTF printing. Justin is hands down the best at what he does. The tech support is over the top, He will get on the phone on a Sunday to help you with an issue. I have never had an APP creater do that before. Not only is this software absolutely AMAZING, the support is beyond incredible if there is ever an issue. They are constantly coming up with new features to help customers build gang sheets as well as make life easier on the printer. Wouldn't choose any other app!

I highly recommend This app .It has saved me so much time.Easy to use and more importantly easy for my customers to use.I have had some customers that don't know anything about graphics and they are able to design gang sheets that are ready to print. Its fully integrated with shopify . There is no huge deposit like some others and you can add it to your shopify store instantly .The developer is quick to respond with help if you need help getting installed or any other questions.
