Builder.io Visual Headless CMS

The Builder.io platform is nothing but AMAZING!!! We don't have a developer on our team, so we hire freelancers when we need to build a page or landing page. Working with Builder, we built landing pages, A/B test them, see heat maps, and basically, all our marketing and UX dreams in one place. This must-have platform for any company that understands the user experience is science and never-ending tests and improvement.
This is freedom for any marketing and UX teams!
Support is very fast and great as well.

The Builder app has been incredible for us. It is important for us to keep our site dynamic and fresh, and before using Builder, it wasn't always easy for us to make timely (and reasonably priced) changes. We don't have a lot of experience in building webpages, but the Builder app is super easy to use and creates really professional results. We have done so much already, but essentially have barely scratched the surface on its capabilities and really look forward to using it more.

This has been one of the greatest resources a small company can have, It allows us to create meaningful brand content without any dev resources needed.

We started using Builder back in June, It has helped immensely in creating meaningful brand content quickly and on-brand. We vetted a few other apps but decided this had all the features we need. We couldn't be happier and look forward to all the new features coming out in 2020.

Builder.io has made good on all of this while constantly evolving their feature set. The product is built to allow for non-technical people to quickly build pages while being robust enough to allow for customizability and scalability by engineers. Quite possibly the best page builder out there. Fast, flexible, deeply integrated with Shopify AND with amazing support. Really unbeatable.

The support is pretty good and the price is very competitive for the offering, but I've encountered many issues and it's just not as easy as it could be. The default options for product and collection page sections need a LOT of editing until they look half decent, and the data bindings are way overcomplicated. Heaps of potential for this app but just not there yet for us.
