SA Bulk Product Editor & Price

So far, Bulk Price Editor Sami has been great to use! We can’t quite give it 5 stars just yet as we’ve only used it a handful of times, but so far it’s been really useful and reliable.

We mainly use it to schedule price adjustments for sale items, and after some testing, it’s worked really well and made the process much easier for us

Very happy with it so far

Very bad app. Sets sales before finished. Revert sale does not revert everything. When you go to do a sale it changes your original price to the last sale where it gives a discount on the last sale loosing you money. They refuse to take responsiblity. They say it does not do that. What they believe and what actually happens are two differant things. I gave them many chances, yet it has cost me days. In the middle of helping me they stopped for over an hour lunch. Meanwhile I waited which ended up being 6.6 hours. On attempting to help them they contued to state it was from my end. They will not fix issues but rather continue to blame the user. I have many apps and have expericance on websites since 2002.

I was so overwhelmed trying to set a discount / sale price on over 70 products with different variations -literally spent hours and just about gave up. Then I googled how i could do this faster or at least a better way- and i found information on this Sami bulk price editor app. I had some questions- because i wasn't doing something right. I was suprised there was an agent available within 1 minute. Haley was super helpful. She was patient with me and gave me screen shots of the fields I need to update- and showing me how to update. After a couple of times of me doing it myself and still somehow messing it up- i finally got it. Like i said- Haley was very patient. Great customer service. You can tell they care about helping you out. Which I can't say that about many places these days. Thank you Haley.
