Track bundle component stock. Get an email when a bundle runs low or breaks.
Needly Bundle Break Alerts monitors products assembled from separately inventoried components. Choose the Shopify product customers buy, select the component variants it depends on, and set an optional low-stock threshold. The dashboard shows aggregate inventory status, the lowest or unavailable component, quantities, and the last check time. When status worsens to At Risk or Broken, the app sends one operational email to your chosen address. It never adjusts inventory or contacts customers.
- Map each bundle or kit to up to 100 inventory-tracked components.
- See Healthy, At Risk, and Broken status from aggregate inventory.
- Set a separate low-stock threshold for every mapped bundle.
- Identify the lowest, unavailable, or untracked component.
- Get one operational email when bundle health worsens.
