If they were not available on chat, they always made sure to follow up with me. Their videos and documentation are also very helpful to help you learn how to implement their product(s). We are loving Easy Bundle! Setup wasn't fast, but it was easy, and customer service has been awesome for any hiccups/questions I've had along the way. This app has provided a great way for our customers to save, and great upsell option for us. Most of our customers who have used it have had an increase in regular order amount, or first time customers will use it and spend more than usual! Easy Bundle has been a win/win all around.

The app support team is so good. They answered very fast and helped us a lot. I highly recommend using this app. easy to use.

I've still got hope for this app but it's been a really rough onboarding experience so far.

I see that others have good things to say about the customer service in their reviews but for us it's been painfully slow. They are in India and we're in New York and we never get real time chat interactions.

We're basically exchanging one sentence per day, which means it's been about two weeks and we've made no progress on actually resolving the glitch that's preventing us from using the app.

The UX on the admin panel also needs some rethinking.

It's surprising, because on the front end the UX is so nice but, for some reason, they laid out the backend in such a way that you have to manually enter your color preferences for every little place in the app, rather than simply letting you set defaults one time. I must have pasted the same hex value in about 20 different places, across 5 different screens just to get the widget to have a coherent look across the whole experience.

Basically, what should be a 10 minute setup for each widget becomes like a 45 minute process.

Easy Bundle is a great app, seemless, easy to use and the crew was very accommodating

I never thought I would find a bundle builder app that was better than what I was using but THIS IS IT!!!

Not only was it easy to set up but when I had a few questions, it wasn't a problem and they helped me get it together. Shout out to Surya, Harsh and the rest of the crew that took their time and showed me patience and grace because I can be a little extra :)

This app is WORTH EVERY PENNY and you should be using it on your store. Most importantly, I am so excited to offer my customers such an esthetically pleasing and functional app. If any app you are using is confusing, sometimes won't buy from you; so make sure it's awesome and use this app.
