Honest review: What I like about this app is that it's easy to setup and I have to say their customer support is world class. They are on standby to provide solutions to the problems that your business face.
However, there are some bugs and glitches here and there. One of the major thing that happened to us is that we set up BOGO for a few products, the 2nd product should be free, but there were 100+ orders affected where customers got charged for 2nd products. Our CS team had to work extra hours to clean this mess and refund customers. But their developer is saying that we have another bundle app installed (despite NOT activated), it messed up their system. In the end, we didn't get a conclusive report on this. Maybe this app is applicable for small business with low order volume. For your benchmark, our average daily volume is 350-400 orders per day.

I want to address the point mentioned in your review:
For the products you created BOGO bundles in our app, were also a part of discounts from another app. So, when there are multiple scripts from other apps obstruct with our app script, the discount will not apply. As only one script work at once.
