Bundle Watch

Build bundles as discounts, not bundle products, and get warned before one stops applying.

On stores that aren't Shopify Plus, two product discounts can't both apply to the same item. Shopify applies whichever saves the customer more and does not report which one lost. A bundle can be split: one line keeps the bundle discount, another is taken by a sale, with no error anywhere. Bundle Watch names the overlapping discounts before you save a bundle, and scans past orders for the splits that already happened. Bundles are built as discounts, never bundle products.

• Compare a new bundle against every active discount before you save it.
• See the conflicting discounts by name, and what will happen at checkout.
• Scan the whole store for active discounts that overlap each other.
• Find past orders that contained a whole bundle but not its discount.
• Conflicts are reported even when the discount that loses is one of ours.
