Worked fine at first. With some random issues like the SKU search just not returning any results.
Now it is not syncing new SKUS. New full products sure, but not removing or syncing new SKUS .
The reason for the 1 star? We have been trying for weeks to reach the support team with zero response.

Hi, we did reply on April 7 with the fixes we performed and after your email on April 15 we replied again same day. Perhaps messages are going to spam.
