The best part is how it explains product differences. We have several similar items and shoppers get confused. BuyScout helps them understand which one fits them.
BuyScout has been useful for the questions we used to answer over and over: sizing, compatibility, shipping, and product differences. It gives customers enough information to keep moving instead of waiting for our team.
We saw more add-ons in carts after turning on the recommendations. Nothing crazy, but noticeable.
