By The Numbers ‑ Analytics App

I've been using the app for a month or so now and haven't even used a lot of the features yet. As I've been getting everything set up in the app and within the backend of Shopify, the team at BTN has been so helpful and encouraging. Cyrus is incredibly friendly, explains things well, and has great leading ideas/plans to implement that will assist with everything the company I work for needs! It's clear the values they hold for their team are strong and they value connecting with their clients.

The app itself has so much information in it, and for a brand who doesn't necessarily want to pay the prices of some of the larger apps yet but needs more data than what Shopify provides, this is definitely the best way to go with arguably a better, hands on experience. I'm so impressed with the features, and the team walks you through all of them to make sure you understand. While I don't have data to report yet on the success of using BTN, I have no doubt that the strategies the team has suggested and helping me implement will work wonders.

By the Numbers has honestly been a huge help in taking our Direct-to-Consumer marketing to the next level. The tool makes it so easy to segment our customers in ways that actually make sense. Instead of spending hours pulling data or trying to piece things together, we can quickly identify segments and then put that information to work across our different marketing channels. It’s straightforward, intuitive, and saves us a ton of time while giving us better insights than we had before.

But what I really appreciate is the support team. They’re one of the best groups I’ve worked with when it comes to Shopify apps. If I have a quick question, I can hop on chat and get an answer right away. And if we want to dig in deeper, they’re more than happy to set up a breakout session and walk us through things step by step. They’ve helped us learn how to get the most out of the tool, not just answer surface-level questions.

This app is super complete. It has all the dashboards and reports you can imagine. The integrations with third party apps is great. And best of all, I would say is the customer support. BtN is a great analytics tool with lots of functionality that punches way above its weight. It uses a traditional RFM segmentation model that didn't work so well for our unique business but will likely work for most others. Nevertheless, BtN still has so much analytics functionality, that we still found enough value to keep using it. Its particular strength is being able to filter your Shopify dashboard by RFM/custom segments.

Piam is attentive and knows what he's talking about, so there's no nonsense, most functions are there for a reason and if not he's quick to help implement any new reports or functions that you might need. Highly recommended, especially for the affordable price.

We're just getting started with putting "By the Numbers" to use, primarily to gain better insight into our customer LTV and retention figures. Cyrus and Piam offered a fantastic introductory overview session diving into our data specifically and being willing to answer questions which was extremely helpful. Thus far, I like the look of the data, the integrations offered, and the speed of the application.
