We've been using By The Numbers for nearly three years - it's powerful, but lightweight integration means we can quickly segment customers, get snapshots of our business without bulky exports and analysis. The RFM analysis, also the product "movers & shakers" is super helpful, and as far as dashboards go it is one of the best-priced for the core features that most DTC brands need. It comes with a Klaviyo / Google ads integration and they're working on one for Meta which is helpful for getting a stronger sense of contribution margin. I've personally recommended it to many of our peer brands and it becomes a common language for comparing and learning about how we're performing.

My mind was blown away by By The Numbers. I had my 1st meeting with their staff and they're so welcoming and supporting and made sure that I was shown the exact reports and features I need. Do yourself a favor and get this app!

Our store started with the free trial and quickly upgraded to Pro. I love the insights we get from this app, especially when using custom segmenting. I've been using Shopify and downloading various apps to help grow my business for over 10 years, and By the Numbers is the first (of oh so many) analytics apps that feels tailored to my needs. The support has been super helpful, everything is clear in both language and layout. So far, I've experienced notable growth in sales and customer interactions (newsletter sign-ups). Looking at detailed historical data has been really helpful as well in terms accurately forecasting fall production needs (likely saving me money as well).

Loving the app, absolutely crushes the shopify dashboard and insights. Great segments that we can pull out and utilize in email/sms marketing + the weekly email recaps are a nice tough. 10/10!

We've only been using this app for a few weeks, but it's proven to be a great tool for quick analysis of both our customer and store health. Fred has been amazing at addressing out needs and quickly building out new features on his own as well as at our request.

I would highly recommend starting a trial and getting acquainted with all the tools - but also learning what everything means so you can fully grasp the value that By The Numbers provides. We're very happy with this app and are looking forward to that benefits as it evolves!
