Byte: Product Recommender Quiz

My complaint helped me get the right tip, and now things are working—for now.

I’m desperate to get support for two days. No response. I’ve used it for some time in my old shop and it worked fine. Now it’s full of bugs, and the integration is finally not working. So what’s going on?

I am so pleased with the app and the people working at Byte. They gave me excellent service and helped set up the quiz seamlessly. The app has so many features, and works well for my brand.

The App is easy to use and the support provided has been excellent. Resulting in a stress free process to set up a new quiz and to check what configurations are possible. Would definitlely recommend this to other Shopify users.

Recommend this app + Diksha's service to quickly change the layout / design of the quiz at my request (for free). This is a new app but really easy to set up and use, and they make quick changes / updates too very often! I hope to see more use functions soon!

We are an online parts seller, so having a product recommender that has 100% accuracy is really important as our products only work with specific appliance models. This was the only app that had a functioning dynamic recommendation engine that worked as promised. The support provided far exceeded expectations. In order for this app to work as needed for our specific use case the support team had to make adjustments to their algorithm and they delivered on it. Great product and great support.

The app is working correctly after 2 months of bugs. Now we like the app and think it's great for customization of your own quizzes.
