Schedule store-wide or collection sales in advance. Discounts start on time and end by themselves.

Set up a sale once and let it run itself. Choose products by tag, vendor or product ID, enter a discount, and pick start and end times in your store's timezone. You review every discounted amount before anything changes. At the start time products go on sale with the original shown as the compare-at amount; at the end time every variant goes back to its exact original amount, even if your browser is closed. Amounts you edit by hand during a sale are never overwritten.
