Outstanding Enterprise support — diagnosed our complex issue in minutes
We use Camouflage on our Shopify store to hide product variants based on country location. We have a complex setup with Shopify Markets enabled across 5 regions (US, Canada, UK, EU, Rest of World) and a print-on-demand catalog where each provider stocks different colors.
We initially struggled to get our country-based rules working on the storefront. Aditya from the Camouflage team jumped on chat support, quickly diagnosed the root cause (variants had a leftover "Always Show" override from an earlier test that was silently bypassing our global rules), and walked us through the fix step by step. The issue that we couldn't crack for hours was resolved in under 30 minutes once we reached support.
The Enterprise plan is absolutely worth it. Features like country location targeting, grouped multi-variant rules, and Global Checkout Validation (which acts as a fail-safe at checkout even if a customer somehow reaches a hidden variant) make this app an essential tool for any Shopify store selling internationally with regional inventory differences.
