I've been using this app for a couple of weeks now, and as a new Shopify store owner it was a bit overwhelming trying to set everything up and learn the interface. Having minimal coding and e-commerce experience, it was fairly daunting.
I hopped on the chat to get some assistance on several occasions and received prompt and efficient help almost immediately. Very well organized support system and I am very happy with the integration of this app!
Works perfectly for what we need it for! Helpdesk was also very helpfull in setting it up and with any questions we had!
