Carboy: Decant & Bulk Stock

Keep each bottle or sack as one stock in ml or grams, and every size sold from it stays correct.

Decant shops, tea and spice merchants, roasters and refill stores sell the same product in several sizes cut from one bottle, sack or drum. Carboy keeps that bulk stock as one pool in ml, l, fl oz, g, kg, oz or lb and sets each size's stock in your store after every order, refund and cancellation. Sizes are read from your variant names, a whole catalog can be set up in one scan, hand edits wait for your decision, and a nightly check picks up any order that was missed.

• Set up every product sold in sizes from one catalog scan
• Sizes read from variant names: 2ml, 250 g, 4 fl oz, 1 lb
• Orders, refunds and cancels recount every size; hand edits wait for you
• Daily fill list of what to decant or weigh for open orders
• Margin per size, run-out dates and a morning summary email
