We use this app quite a bit and it does provide good insight. For example if we see an item being added to cart alot without purchases, we would generally do a discount and that tends to do the trick. We would recommend.
One of the most frequent apps we use. It helps us check what people are adding to cart so we know which products to prioritize more. So far has been great for us.
This is the app on our store we use the most (besides background activity apps). We check customer behavior in real-time, and use the app to alert us to abnormal checkout activity, specifically if we see cart activity without checkouts. The app works as advertised and we recommend.
We have been using this app for around a year. It provides valuable insights on the cart activity and user behaviour.
Sometimes there appears items in a cart that were not added by user. The "extra" items we have seen were not random, but belonged to another order. Although, this has not been a major issue for us because we can recognise the extra items.

This app is absolutely super and a must for all users. I'm really surprised that it isn't a Shopify feature.
Abandoned cart on Shopify only shows the lost order if the user has entered their email address. For us that was too late! It was interesting for us to know what was being added and particularly abandoned. We then made some changes on our website to reflect what we saw on this app.
You can see where the user is from, what they are adding, when they are checking out etc. Very valuable.

Very nice app, A great deal of information, I gave it 4 starts only because it did not have "Live Monitoring" A very easy work around was to add a "Tab Refresh" Chrome extension so it would refresh the page every couple of minutes. I am also testing the email function, Although that is nice it does generate a lot of emails. .
UI is okay.
I wish it had the customer name instead of just "Guest 570fcd"
But it did show the product that was being added so thats good.
This app is not working,No data recorded.Then,I re-install this app,but installation failed.A waste of time.

This app is not working, The app randomly "adding" products to the list. A waste of time! Worst experience with this plugin!!!
Check your "Shopping Behavior Analysis" from Google Analytics if you want to see real stats.
CartActivity does not generate false data; we have no incentive to do so.
CartActivity shows you data that was sent from Shopify. Shopify does not block bots from using online stores.
Really cool app overall, shows lots of details about customer journey. One thing I dislike is that it sometimes shows previous orders (from months ago) as new orders. I can overlook it but a bit annoying.
It is not giving actual activity. It is giving some fabricated information which is actually not there.
I’m sorry you felt that way, but Shopify support did verify that those were real activities.
This app is one of the best because it allows you to track every item added to carts. It is a great help in determining why and when customers are leaving carts abandoned.

Great app - really quick to install and easy to use. Would be good if it remembered your login details on relevant devices to stop having to log in frequently but apart from that, no complaints!
I have experience with this app from my previous shop. Easy to install and a bit deeper view into my cart activities. I install it again into our new online store.

Superb from all aspects, this apps capabilities is something truly lacking in the Shopify Admin. The most important aspect of any online store is its checkout etc. The service was great and I also valued the feedback I received with regards to aspects on out site...it clearly showed an interest in our business. While it's nice to know who is buying what via 101 different apps that are out there to give you such info and then there's the apps and even Shopify themselves who show you via the dashboard your 'added to basket' and 'cart abandonment' rates - what is still missing is - what are the products added to basket, but then didn't go any further?
This app answers just that!
Used for over a week now and it's already helping us in more ways that I even thought. Not only is it showing that there's a few key lines that keep getting added, but not going any further, but it's also helping us from a support situation as we can see what customers are adding to the basket, while we talk to them on the phone!
This is one of the few 'MUST HAVE' apps that I will now always use.
IF I was to be picky and have anything even slightly negative to say, it would be that it could do with a better dashboard/more in-depth breakdown stats.

This is a great app. I just wish it had an alert or notification that lets you know when an item is added or removed. If it did that. this would be awesome
To me this is the greatest app I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about it. As we are a highly specialized company the insight this app gives us as to what customers are actually looking at buying and putting in the cart is INVALUABLE to me.

We love that we are able to see clearly the products customers are adding to the cart - information which is lacking in the standard Shopify dashboard.
We installed the app a week ago, and with the information, we ran tactical promotions and increased cart check out rates.
It's a must have app!
