We've been using Kaching Bundles on our Shopify store and it's been a great addition for increasing AOV through product bundles and quantity breaks.
What really stood out was the support. A special thank you to Erikas, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a few custom requirements for how our bundles needed to work, and he was able to quickly implement and customize the setup to fit our store perfectly.
The app is easy to use, looks clean on the storefront, and the support team is responsive when you need help. Since implementing the customized bundle offers, we've seen a noticeable improvement in average order value.

I've been building Shopify stores for a few years now and I've dealt with a lot of app support teams — most of them send you a help doc link and call it a day. Domantas at Katching is a completely different experience.
I was trying to hide a specific element in the subscription widget to clean up my product page, and nothing I tried was working. I reached out to support not really expecting much, and Domantas jumped on it immediately. He didn't just give me a generic answer — he actually looked at my specific store setup, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve visually, and came back with a precise solution that worked on the first try.
What stood out most was how thorough he was. He explained why the fix worked, not just what to paste in. He flagged a potential conflict with my theme before it could even become a problem. And when I had a follow-up question 20 minutes later, he was still there and answered just as fast.
Katching is already a solid subscription app — competitive pricing, clean widget, easy setup — but support like this is what actually makes you stick with an app long term. You can have the best features in the world but if no one helps you when you're stuck, it doesn't matter.
Domantas is the reason I'm leaving this review. Give that man a raise
