App seemed to be working well, but then the migration was suspended with no more info than that. So I can't even try to fix the issue and am stuck.

Support is not 24/7- you get an auto ai agent who answers and no callback in a reasonable time frame. The auto agent also cannot understand the numbers you say so its no wonder a call back is not received. I paid a lot of money to migrate my data with ZERO support. Also tried to submit a contact form and it never sends. I will be disputing this charge for sure- I did not get the services paid for.
