Paying user here. We used their min/max product which is supposed to add gifts based on selected quantities, but it's not working, which leads to a whole lot of complaints.
Support is slow and took HOURS (close to days) to reply, as of now we are still waiting for updates from them.
Not recommended.
I use CartBot to automatically add freebies or required items (like sample oils or info cards) to the cart when customers buy certain products. It’s perfect for my wellness store where I sometimes run promos like “Buy a crystal, get a free pouch
