Add fields, choices and paid extras like gift wrap to product pages, with fees added to the cart.

CartCode Product Options adds fields and choices such as personalization, gift wrap and engraving above the add to cart button. Pick from 11 input types, set a fixed fee per choice or filled-in field, and show an option only when an earlier answer matches. Assign option sets to products, collections or tags. Each fee is its own add-on item in the cart, checkout and order, and required fields are checked again at checkout. Item discounts also reduce option fees. Admin in English and Japanese.
