Sell prints, photo gifts or signs? Shoppers attach their file, and we email you if uploads stop.

For stores that make products from a customer's own file: prints, photo gifts, signs, engraving. The upload box shows the file types and size limit we really enforce, so no shopper is told one limit and refused at another. The file name goes on the order line; the file stays in private storage until the day you choose. A daily test upload checks a live store: two failures in a row mean one email, one more when it works. A weekly summary email is on by default; turn it off in Settings.
