Every quote request is saved before it is emailed, and you hear when an email fails.

Add a request-a-quote form to your product pages and your cart. Every request is saved in the app first, then emailed to you, and each one shows whether the email was sent. If an email fails, the app retries and then alerts you. You can resend an email, or turn a request into a draft order in one click. It also alerts you if requests stop arriving for much longer than your store's usual pace. The form does not hide your prices and still works without JavaScript.
