CaseKit answers customer order questions from your Shopify admin. Give it an order number or the customer's email and paste what they wrote; it finds the order, reads the real fulfilment and tracking state from your store, picks the reply that matches, and writes it in the customer's language. Copy it into any inbox. An optional Chrome extension does the same automatically inside Gmail. You review every reply before it sends, and CaseKit never changes an order.
