Started off wonderful with a very positive review, but once things did not go according to plan - they become VERY, VERY RUDE.

For some reason, after I asked them to disable the service due to poor implementation and bugs, the COD option stopped working at all.

The good rating is only thanks to them aggressively asking for the your positive feedback, theres really nothing to it besides that.

Once I removed the app, the COD option came back. I'd stay away if I were you. Just a waste of time

This is a COD verification app that does not verify COD orders. After initial OTP verification customer is free to put any other phone number while entering shipping details. This defeats the entire purpoe of the app.

Support is not 24 Hrs as claimed by the developers , there is no trial on paid plans (free plans do not offer testing of all functions) .

Customer support claims that since we are poor and cannot afford shopify plus plans we should be happy with whatever they are giving us in this app.
One of the worst app ever on shopify... completly avoidable

I waited for more than two weeks for a change in the Sender ID and a response from customer support.

Most features do not work as expected. Customers are not receiving SMS messages, and all customers should receive them. The customer service is terrible—they take a long time to fix issues. This app has many problems and bugs, with most features not working properly.
