It doesn't have double payment confirmation, they deduct it from my account without having confirmed the plan and the option to cancel the plan doesn't appear..

Hello, thanks for your message, it appears that there was some misunderstanding. We did not charge you any fee for the app. If that was the case, we would be happy to offer a full refund. Would you mind verifying this again?

Regarding the opting out of the app functionality and subscription, all you need to do is uninstall the app.
