I have had the app for a short span of time as far as less than 90 days but that is enough for me to assess whether or not it's a good fit for my new business. I placed an order on May 21st to test my supply chain from a customer perspective because the customer experience is important to us as a new small business. The order is still hung up 11 days later and I have had no response to the messages sent through the app to support. It's extremely frustrating because we were so excited about being able to offer premium coffee.
I am disappointed with the app performance but even more so that it appears to either not be monitored or does not sync well with my store. Either way, I am really disappointed about the issue still being outstanding, I can't seem to add my logo to labels and I can't update contact information. This is unfortunate and definitely not a great experience for us.
