Chancey has been a great addition to our store and has helped us generate strong sales with our mystery box products. The app makes the buying experience much more interactive and engaging, and our customers have responded very well to it.
What really stands out is the support behind the app. The two founders have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — working closely with us on development, quickly fixing bugs, listening to feedback, and even suggesting new ideas and features that could improve the experience further.
It feels like they genuinely care about helping merchants succeed rather than just providing the software and leaving you on your own.

App is amazing! Easy to set up and get started right away. The experience is fun for the customers and makes mystery box shopping online exciting. We tried other apps and this has been the best one by far.
