Solid application when it work but rather expensive.
Feeds sometimes stop working and it takes them days to react to our messages. There‘s no proactive monitoring from their side.
The damages are huge when feeds don‘t work for 48 hours because prices and quantities are not updated on markerplaces.
The support is way too bad for the amount they charge for the subscription.

We believe our pricing, which has free support included, is a fair and competitive price.
You mentioned that there is no proactive monitoring from our side, and that is correct. We are a self-help tool, which means that you are responsible to monitor your own channels within our tool.
We can reassure you that blocking your export channels was an exemption that was needed because of the Shopify migration. We wanted to make sure that all our Shopify customers had enough time to make their necessary changes without those changes affecting their export channels.
We take your feedback seriously and we will use it as an example in our Shopify migration evaluation.

Channable’s Support Is an Absolute Disaster!
The platform might be excellent when everything runs smoothly, but the moment something goes wrong, their support is beyond terrible.
Considering how critical this system is—responsible for exporting all our feeds to marketplaces, Google and Facebook marketing campaigns—their response times are absolutely unacceptable, downright disgraceful, and meanwhile, you’re losing massive amounts of money—clearly not their concern.
There’s zero escalation in their support at all; it’s all handled by email, and it takes hours between each reply. Seriously, think twice before installing Channable—ask yourself if you’re ready to suffer huge financial losses the moment something stops working, because they sure won’t rush to help.

The app is definitely limited in some ways and takes a lot of time to get used to, but once ready it runs super smoothly. We use it for Shopify and different marketplaces. The support of Channable is really good and they try to give you the best solution.
At the begining it seems a bit clunky and for ITs..But it's actually very user friendly if you put some efforts and practice to understand how it works. It's very powerful due the 'rules', which are the core of Channable. This allow you to fix some issues on how your products are displayed on the market places. The support team is awesome, very professional. Also, instead of having your descriptions translated, you can keep your own (most of the feeds don't allow you this, saying "it's easy we translate it', which actually what we don't want..but to keep the original proof-reading)
Now it's a bit costly but it is what it is. Overall, i really recommend Channabe, seems the best out there!
Alpine is tevreden met het gebruik van Channable. Met Channable kun je gemakkelijk product data bewerken, feeds maken en API koppelingen opzetten. De goede support is daarbij een dikke plus.
they solved a very specific problem creating a workaround. product is very good but so far support team was even better for us.
I've been using Channable for three clients, and I've gotta say, I'm a big fan. This app is a powerhouse, capable of so much that it does take a bit of time to really find your way around. But, here's the kicker – the support is top-notch. Seriously, the support team is exceptional, always ready to lend a hand with a smile. It's a level of service that a lot of other providers could really learn from.
Great app with a lot of very useful integrations. Currently using it with Amazon, which is working great. The support team is very helpful.

Channable is a great app! I would recommend it to everybody. I use it to send feed to google shopping and some other advertising places and it helps me a lot.
