A great app to add to your store if you are multichannel, specifically with Amazon.
It connects to everything I use and gives me one source of truth for inventory, especially if you have multiple Shopify stores you sell from.
If you do any WHOLESALE or Manual orders via the phone, you can take and charge the order right in the system, it's awesome!
The most important thing is the team behind this, they are very responsive and even add features quickly to help you!

We use Channel Bay for stocktakes, which is super helpful given Shopify does not have a good solution for this. The support team is responsive and very easy to work with. So far the the app has been great!
