The setup was super quick and straightforward - we had it running in just a few minutes. The interface is very easy to use, and everything works exactly as described.
We did run into one small issue early on, but it was resolved promptly by the support team, who were great to deal with. They also updated the app settings to ensure the problem wouldn’t happen again, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we’re very happy and can definitely recommend it to any store looking to reduce chargeback risks and block problem customers. Solid app!
