We've been using Chargeback.io for a few weeks now, and honestly, the support team is phenomenal. We had a minor issue integrating it with Stripe, and their rep responded within 10 minutes — not just with a fix, but with a full explanation and follow-up.

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
