Automatic alerts and auto-refund feature helped me prevent chargeback before it even happened, just amazing! Easy setup and exactly what I was looking for: pre-dispute alerts only. Got Ethoca live within a day, and the step-by-step onboarding made enrollment, billing descriptors and auto-refund simple to configure. The dashboard is clean, pricing is clear per alert, and I like that you only pay when an alert actually helps prevent a dispute. Support was responsive and helpful over chat when I had a question about currency settings. Good fit for a store that wants to keep its chargeback rate under control and protect its payment processing.
