We were handling chargebacks manually before using ChargebackWiz, and it was honestly a headache. We had to check different orders, collect screenshots and payment details, and keep track of dispute deadlines ourselves.
ChargebackWiz made the whole process much easier. Everything is organized in one place, and it helps us understand what information we need for each dispute instead of figuring it out from scratch every time.
The biggest benefit for us is the time saved. What used to take a lot of back-and-forth can now be handled much faster. The app is also simple to use, even if you’re not very technical.
If you run a Shopify store and deal with chargebacks regularly, it’s definitely worth trying.
