Great app! I highly recommend using them, if you are looking for a company who is specialized in fighting chargeback. Boaz was the agent who assisted us along the way and he was very infrequently.

I have the app on my shopify store. It makes me feel safe knowing that Boaz and Yuval are always ready to chat to me and help me with any chargebacks or fraudulent transactions on my website. They are just a quick video call away. Online fraud is hard to deal with, so it is great knowing that these guys are keeping an eye on my online store and are there ready to help when needed. We've been using Chargeflow for about a month now and they have saved us A TON of time and effort getting our CBs submitted. Plus, they do WAY better than we were with the amount of info their system is able to pull in. Boaz and his team have been great to work with and I highly recommend you check them out to streamline your CB processing.

You need this app...no question about it. Even if you don't experience Chargebacks often, this will save you tons of time and money on an automated basis.

For our brand, we use both Stripe and Shopify payments. Chargeflow has won us back 5-figures in disputes (automatically) and also helps me keep track of the type of disputes coming in.

This app allows us to not only automate chargebacks but know exactly what type of chargebacks are happening so we can proactively improve the overall business.

This app should be on everyone's store. Not only does this app automate chargebacks on Shopify and Stripe (better than most of us too), but it also handles all PayPal inquiries, disputes, and claims. The best part is that it doesn't even feel like your paying for the service because they only charge you a small portion of recovered dispute fee.

Amazing customer support always availiable, reasonable fee taken by them. Pretty good at winning cases aswell better to have them on your store then not and a super clean layout of the app
