We came to Charlie with a highly complex checkout customization request on an extremely tight deadline driven by regulatory requirements.
Rocco and Youness understood our technical needs immediately and came back with a proposal that covered things we genuinely thought weren't possible. Custom checkout UI extensions, dynamic routing rules, and a consent flow built from scratch for our use case.
