Charm: Loyalty Program Rewards

We launched our loyalty programme, with Charm this summer, and it has been a good experience from the start.

The app sits properly inside our storefront and reads as part of our brand rather than something bolted on, which mattered a lot to me. When we wanted the design tightened to match our identity, it was handled quickly and without fuss.
