Excellent chatbot that's improved my website experience

I've been using ChatBuster on my NOHO BASE website, and it's been incredibly easy to set up and use. The customization options, including color scheme settings, made it simple to match the chatbot to my brand.

One of my favorite features is the ability to automatically respond to commonly asked questions. The responses are fast, accurate, and help visitors get the information they need right away.

Beyond customer support, ChatBuster has also helped me identify areas on my website where I could provide more information for first-time visitors. Seeing the questions customers ask gives valuable insight into what information may be missing or unclear.

Overall, it's a great tool for improving the customer experience while helping me continuously improve my website. Highly recommended.

Really easy to set up. After installing it, I just turned on one toggle and the chat icon showed up on my store automatically. It also pulled in my store products and content right away, so it was ready to use without much setup. I also like that the free plan includes most of the main features and can learn from your products, store pages, FAQs, and policies.
