As such, we needed a larger customer support staff to meet the demand of nonstop tickets flowing into our Gorgias helpdesk via email, chat, SMS, and social media channels. The particularities of our brand are VERY unique making it time intensive and thereby costly to train new CS agent in-house the old fashion way.
